Thank you so much for your sweet note, I'm so sorry to be tardy in getting back to you, but this is my first day back in the office.

I was so happy and delighted to get to work with you again. You made it look so easy. And the people on your staff made it seem effortless, moving in and out serving and replenishing, so it was perfect and never in the way. You certainly did an excellent job in training your team.

Everything was delicious, and I understand the leftovers were swept up in a short order the next day at lunch time. All the leftovers were very much appreciated.

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. I hope you had time to relax and enjoy your family. 

I had a chance to get away and visit my family.

We don't have our holiday parties at the office often, but I know when we do next time, I'll be looking for you to cater it.

Everybody loved your food, and has NOT stopped talking about the cupcakes. I can't wait to have you do our next event. I think it will be in February!

Hi Emma,

I'm going to drop the check in the mail tomorrow.

In terms of a review I honestly can't find a fault. You were very easy to deal with when we got in touch with you via email and great when we talked on the phone. You showed up to my house when you said you would and were no fuss.

You were very polite and made sure that I was comfortable with what you were doing in the kitchen. The gentleman that arrived with you was also very polite. The servers that arrived were also very polite and helpful. (sorry I am afraid I haven't remembered everyone's names).

They took control of the layout and setup and excuted everything perfectly, in a very polite manner and told me to relax which I was more than happpy to do.

In regard to the food everyone loved it! They complimented the food constantly and clearly enjoyed eating it. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service.

If I had to find one fault and I don't know if it was you guys or the guests but the only thing I could find was some of the recyclables were put in the wrong bin.

The kitchen was spotless and everything was put away. I would not have  known you guys had been there.

I would have no problem at all recommending you to anyone and I hope that I have the opportunity to do so in the near future.

I hope things are going well for you. I was thinking about you the other day when I told the story of how I was able to get Red Velvet cupcakes shipped to my wife while being deployed.

Can’t thank you enough for making our anniversary apart so memorable and my wife so happy.

She loved the cupcakes and the idea of having them delivered to her door.

It would be a gross understatement to refer to your service as merely good cookin, which it certainly is, but when good cooking is coupled with the highest professionalism and the keenest attention to detail of every morsel of food that is prepared by you to be consumed, the term “Culinary Artistry”. Seems more appropriate.

The food was really wonderful and far exceeded our expectations.  I also wasn't expecting such lovely presentation of each item, and how generous all the portions were.

Your team truly went above and beyond in every possible way, we could't be happier with the experience.

I can't thank you enough for being so pleasant to work with and for being willing to accommodate our tight budget and short timeframe.  We are very much looking forward to working with you again, hopefully with a more generous budget the next time:)
