The eleven dozen cupcakes you sent to my daughter's sorority house at USC yesterday were a tremendous hit! The girls loved them and, as we suspected, the red velvet cupcakes were the ones of choice. While I did not get to see them myself, my daughter reported that the birthday decorations on the cupcakes looked beautiful and she has thus kept the ones with the letters of her name for herself (I'm sure they are disappearing, one by one...) I am delighted to report that the girls preferred your cupcakes to those from that famous Beverly Hills shop that they are familiar with--so I would expect that you will be receiving more orders from the sorority in the future. Luck brought me to Emma! I have worked in the film industry for the past several years and always has food been the top priority. Recently I was coordinating for an Oscar Award Winning Director and his crew as they scouted the area for their upcoming feature. Emma helped me customize healthy food for our traveling groups of over 50 people. She was able to work with my budget and provide some amazing choices such as Brisket wraps, Salmon dishes, and elegant chopped salads. She even brought over complementary platters for the director days in advance. (The timing was fabulous as it coincided with a meeting he was having with the writer and other producers. I was able to cater the meeting and have the director impress his guests.)  Any day of scouting for film crews is hectic and stressful, the last thing I needed was for the crew to come back hungry. For the rest of the week everyone complemented the food. Not only did they rave about the meals but the coordinators on the scout said how easy it was that she personalized each one with names – no one was left out or forgotten and distribution was a breeze! Hi Emma, Everything went really well. The sandwiches were delicious and yes, I loved the surprise. My staff was impressed with the elegant way with packaging. Every detail was noticed. The cupcakes were a hit. We had extra boxes but they disappeared before I could get my hands on another one to take home. By the way, the ham in the ham sandwiches was wonderful...way better than I would expect. The food was a success in all ways...the students liked them, we like the ease of how they were packed so they can be distributed, the cupcakes were a wonderful treat. Hello Emma, Just a note to say thank you for catering my husband's 60Th birthday party. Everything was great! At first I was a little skeptical to use your services because I had never eaten your food but because my daughter referred you and spoke highly of you I decided to take a step of "faith" and I'm really glad I did. It has been a few weeks and our guest is still raving about the food (the tri tips were off the chart and the chicken was seasoned and prepared just right) and the banana pudding was the bomb from what I heard, (my husband and I didn't get to taste it because our guests devoured it), my niece doesn't eat banana pudding but she tried it and loved it. One guest had attended a wedding that same day but said they decided to come to the party instead of going to the reception because they knew the food at the party would be better and he and his wife were not disappointed.
