Words can never express to you our family’s gratitude and thankfulness for your superior service at our daughter’s wedding on May 13th. From the very first consultation to the meeting after we all recuperated, your wedding expertise, amazing wisdom and culinary service far exceeded anything we could every imagine.

I truly believe that if it wasn’t for you, your creativity, ingenuity, purpose for perfection and our course your kind, gentle heart and spirit, the wedding day of the century would not have been the most talked about event ever.

You provided the elegance and set the stage with the spectacular fruit and cheese display at the pre-reception. Over 200 people arrived early just to enjoy the delicacies you provided as well as take in the beautiful garden scenery. Who would ever think so many people would arrive an hour early for a wedding. The ice sculpture of the butterfly was magnificent. It amazes me how you pay such close attention to detail and listened intently to the heart of the bride. You took her ideas and expression and made them into a reality. Tanya has always loved the butterfly and the mere fact that you incorporated that into her day created a breathless sanctity at the pre-reception.

People are still talking today about the reception, the professional service and the tasty, delicious food. You went far beyond the call of duty and any expectation of any bride to make her day the most memorable ever. To serve 400 guests is an amazing fete in itself, but to do it with style and elegance can only be accomplished by someone like you. The food was more than mouth-watering delicious. It speaks volumes when the bride and groom eat at their wedding and not only eat, but wipe their plates clean and Culinary Delight did just that.

Thank you for being more than a caterer, for you provided so much more than our dollars could ever match. It is evident in your service and day to day living that you care more for people than what people can do for you. With that, you have our utmost respect as a humanitarian, but more so than anything just your love and zeal for life. Your heart to provide superior service is unmatched. Emma Tate and Culinary Delight is truly contagious and has not only affected my life in a positive way, but all those who come in contact with you has not only experienced life, but experienced a burst of life by experiencing YOU.
